i believe that we have to work before graduation and have some experience in our field so while we are learning we can apply our knowledge in the our working life know exactly what do we need to work better and after we get graduate we will know what to do and where to go also we will be fresh graduates with experience and this is what i am looking for as a graphic designer

good idea well put together. its necessary to practice what you learn, otherwise you might state loosing knowledge. you can always search for voluntee jobs with NGOs, or other organisation, with time, they can credit you abilities, and can schedule you for employment.
